「Hannah’s place was very comfortable for our short stay in Melbourne. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Buses were at the door and the tram just up the road. There is a short walk to 3 shopping strips with lots to explore. 」

「Although we were compensated with $, the carpark attached to this property wasn’t available for our stay. The couch was stained and the doona or doona cover didn’t smell clean. The floors and kitchen were clean. Coffee was supplied but no tea. The heater took hours to make a difference in how freezing it was inside too. Disappointed with this stay.」

「The chairs in the living area are broken and dangerous. The exhaust fan doesn't work and there's a smoke detector situated right above the stove, so it's very difficult to cook without tripping the alarm. There are way too few plates and glasses. They gave us one key between three people. The property manager was obnoxious and unhelpful. The services in Alma Village were disappointing.」

「We had a very relaxing and fun time in this quirky wooden shack. Attention to detail was outstanding- appreciated the birthday decorations for my husband.Sauna and spa were our highlight.Recommendations to the hosts- pillows were of a very high profile we would have slept better with low- medium profile pillows.Fridge froze our milk.Check in and out was seamless, didn’t quite expect the shack to be in the owners backyard but it was private and secure but could hear neighbours who were drilling...
