No me hizo la devolución del hospedaje, no me ubicó en otro lugar y cuando supuestamente me haría espacio en un hotel pedía que volviera a pagar el hospedaje sin reembolsarme o tomar en cuenta el que ya me habían cobrado, me dijo que había posibilidades de ubicarme en otro hotel pero al llegar a él la recepcionista dijo desconocer la situación que yo le……
