「Property won me over on the simplicity in booking and checking in. The room looked brand new in terms of hygiene which made it very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and kept well. Overall, excellent stay with the kids. Cant fault anything at all. 」

「This hotel is good for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 kids. You can drive to the front of your house and no need to bring your luggage to walk a long way. The house is big and 2 rooms with 4 beds and good for family. Outside have some kids playground and small lake. So relax and quiet place. 」

「Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. 」

「Nice little get away property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Internet not working as being investigated but owners let us know in advance. Place was clean on arrival and new shower curtain in bathroom. Beautiful and quiet location and not far from town and beach. Take your own sheets/ towels and doonas are supplied. Loved this place and will definitely be back in the future. Had a great weekend away. Lawns were clean and cut and place was neat.」

「We booked this beautiful house for our wedding weekend, for the bride and some friends/family to stay at. The house was perfect and our wedding photos getting ready on the day are stunning with this house as the backdrop! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to host our friends/family for a few nights away. The host Tim was also excellent.」

「This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. It has everything we want and need, as well as being dog friendly.. Close to wineries, it makes an ideal spot for a weekend getaway! We love that there is a lot of space, a lovely entertaining area out the back, and modern appliances. Pat is wonderful to deal with… We will be back!」

「Excellent property. Small apartment but adequate for 2. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything that you need with a well stocked kitchen. Bathroom was small but adequate. Parking was a bit tight but easy enough. Location is a bit out of town but it’s an easy walk. That being said we really didn’t like Geelong itself as we found it dirty and rundown. Good property but we won’t be back as will never stay in Geelong again.」

「Quaint cottage which we like. Very quiet. Spacious. No restaurant anymore which is a shame as we enjoyed it last time we stayed.」

「Property is in a great location and is well appointed. If I were to say a negative, that would be the shower / spa bath didn’t drain as fast as the shower , leaving a pool of water which eventually subsided and the leak around the taped shower frame which I hadn’t noticed until it contacted my dry clothes 」

「The house was lovely and resembled the photos in every way. Two families stayed on the property and the layout ensured that each family had privacy and their own space, bedrooms and bathroom. The house was very well equipped with crockery, serving platters and cutlery. When the family arrived the lights and heating were on and gentle music was playing which was a nice touch and a warm welcome. The only issue I have is that I could not control the weather as the pool was cold for the children....
