「The house is in a nice new neighborhood. We stayed there for our son’s graduation from the University of Alabama and it was a great place to stay with our entire family vs. a hotel. Derrick, the owner, was very responsive with any questions we had. If we have any future stays in T town we will definitely stay here again. 」

Broken brick and glass columns entrance way, grass knee high with glass in the yard, neighborhood homes with trash and broken down cars, backyard has building/shed with broken door and windows, doorways and windows with wooden shims/framing that are wet inside leading to cracks to see through to outside. 「This property was the perfect size and location for our family of four, traveling with our dog. Upon arrival, we did have some concerns over the condition that the previous guests had left the property, but our host was incredibly responsive. He offered to send over the cleaning crew and even sent some new cookware via Instacart. We really appreciated the excellent customer service. 」

「It was a small house but very comfortable.Had all the necessary items in the house for my weekly stay. Enjoyed the shower.My only criticism would be to have slightly better beds. The beds were platform beds and a little hard probably could use better mattresses.Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.」
