"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Das war eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft und auch die Dame Frau Schwarz-Mach war sehr höflich und zuvor kommend. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Gerne würde ich, wenn ich wieder in der Region unterwegs bin, dort übernachten."

"El apartamento no sirve te cobran una fianza de 100€ según ellos por daños y en el apartamento todo está roto y la claridad no te deja dormir no hay cortinas en el apartamento nada funciona no sirve y el precio no lo vale este apartamento no lo recomiendo "

"O local é um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas há opções de transporte por perto. Fomos muito bem recepcionados, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super gentil e solícito. O quarto era bem espaçoso, banheiro limpo, cozinha com utensílios básicos, uma pequena geladeira e fogão e um forno microondas que foram super úteis. A única coisa a melhorar seria um ar condicionado ao invés de ventiladores no verão "

"We stayed as a group for a city trip weekend, we rented 4 apartments and it was excellent. Walking distance from the castle and old town. Breakfast cafes around the corner. Bus stop around the corner. Modern and clean apartments with kitchen/fridge. Best of all was the communication with the company, team is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended . "
