"Unsafe and Unprofessional Bus Service from Arlanda Airport to Radisson Blu I had a very upsetting experience with the shuttle bus service from Arlanda Airport to the Radisson Blu hotel. I was traveling with my wife and son. When we arrived at our stop, my wife was still outside the bus while my son and I were inside. I repeatedly pressed the stop button to alert the driver, but he did not acknowledge it at all. Shockingly, the driver drove off without giving us any chance to fully disembark, leaving my wife stranded and us stuck inside the bus for another full round. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was a serious safety issue. The driver also behaved rudely and used inappropriate language when I tried to address the situation. This experience was completely unacceptable. Better training, improved communication, and a focus on passenger safety are urgently needed. I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to others."
