「We had a great stay. This is a very clean house right on the river. It's walkable to a nearby restaurant, park, and marina. There are several kayaks on the ground floor and a dock to launch them. Lots of seating on the ground floor, outside, and on the second-floor deck. There's a hot tub on the ground floor as well. We saw manatees and dolphins every day we were there. Be sure and kayak or boat upriver. There are several great spots to pull over and swim.」

「There was plenty of room for our large family group. The kids and young adults enjoyed the downstairs with 2 beds and game room while us older adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We swam in the pool everyday and drove to the beach and kayaking where we saw multiple manatees. The owners were very helpful with questions and always quick to respond. 」

「Had an amazing time here. It's not a tourist town but it was exactly what we were looking for and the house was amazing. Great views. Easy water access. Neighbors were friendly. 」

「Place was very nice and clean. Great spot to book for scalloping. Your only a few minutes to get to the gulf. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. 」

「Clean, well laid out, smaller house but felt homey and safe. Like some other guests have said, neighborhood looks a little shady at first but saw zero signs of trouble, crime etc. Check in was easy and close to plenty of things to do (restaurants, activities) and also close to the non-city life too (10-15 minutes).
