“We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. First of all the location was excellent for what we needed. As we had relatives who lived just down the road and the wasserpark just round the corner. The apartment itself was well equipped. Plenty of space and modern touches. The communication provided was great with clear instructions and information. We have stayed in Wien on numerous occasions but this was our first time staying in floridorf. The area was full of the needed shops like……

“Apartamento grande, bonito, limpio y con todo lo que uno necesita (cocina equipada, plancha, lavadora etc). Camas confortables, todo perfecto!”

“When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from……

“Bad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.”

“We had a very plesent stay in Vienna. The appartement did remember us on our youth in the 70ies. The cycle trip to and from the city centre along the small Wien river is like a cycle-highway - very convienent. The bus to the metro station stops close to the apartment in the same street. All in all very nice. ”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 11 Personen und zwei Hunde. Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch der Abschied ging Reibungslos und sehr großzügig von statten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Ideal zum Wandern, ausruhen und Rad fahren. Aber mit dem Auto kann man gut sehenswertes erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charm und man sieht die Liebe zum Objekt in vielen Details.”

“Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, aus der wir gar nicht mehr ausziehen wollten. Viele liebevolle Details und eine tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Herrlich war auch der kleine eigene Garten, herrlich für ein Frühstück, für dass wir in der nahen Gleisserei viele leckere Zutaten fanden. Ein herrliches Fleckchen!”
