“We had a nice stay in this cute cottage that looked like the pictures on the sight inside. The only reason I ranked location 4/5 was because we are older and this neighborhood may be most attractive to younger visitors. Having said that, it was central to many things we were doing and the restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance and were excellent too. The hosts communicate very well and were responsive to our needs. We would consider again if in KC. Thanks!”

“We had a nice stay at this property. It was a treat to have a whole house as opposed to a shared building, like an apartment. We enjoyed being able to walk the neighborhood with our dog.”

“There were several issues with the property. The sidewalk isn’t level so it’s difficult to walk & roll suitcases on it when you have bad knees. The grass needed to be cut. The outside light didn’t work. The headboard has broken areas on it. The mattress is very thin so if you sat on the edge of it you could feel the support in it. Doesn’t look anything like on line. The first night bugs were crawling on the ceiling. I messaged them they repaired the outside light. The coffee pot didn’t work.……

“This was one of the most pleasant stays we've had at a VRBO property. Communication with the owners was easy and instructions were clear. The loft itself was lovely, and the building on Quality Hill was ideal for our purposes. It was a simple four block walk to the K.C. Convention Center where our event took place over the course of four days. We were impressed with the fact that we immediately felt at home in the loft, thanks primarily to how thoughtfully it was outfitted. ”

“10 out of 10: From the near immediate responses to the comprehensive digital guide book to the location to the details within the home/yard, everything was perfect. You can tell these property owners have been doing this awhile as every need is anticipated. The home made me feel nostalgic for my childhood, yet it had modern twists. If I had to complain about something to attempt to show fairness, I couldn't. We will definitely stay with Cozy in KC again. ”
