"There was no hot water the entire week even though we discussed making it available multiple times. There was no mention in the description that this was a cold water only unit. The owners were very accommodating for checkin, my business associate arrived in the middle of the night due to flight problems. The hot water was the issue with the rental and if it had been made known upfront, then it would've been a decision we could've made."

"The owner of the property and I spoke before making a reservation and he ensured me that all issues will be fixed before my stay. Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working. When the power was restored, the Wi-Fi wasn't available. I asked what's going on with the Wi-Fi? they promised me that I'll have Wi-Fi connection the next day in the morning. "For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. Bad expereince"

"Good hotel. Love the room. Enough storage. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. Not much to do on property. A hotel like this deserves a pool. I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. Overall a very good experience. I extended my stay. "
