「The house is great! Everyone got their own room. The recording studio and game console gave us some entertainment. Lots of space for food prep and dining. 」

「The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival there was hair in multiple areas, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, stairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable. 」

「Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

We appreciate its location and how it’s a short drive to major attractions in KC. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep clean!」
