「It was good i just rather have the information for check in sooner and traveling intetnatioanlly sending sms not a good idea. Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though. The email sent before should have more clearly called put the link for check in process too though. 」

「The Doorcode scaner at the Main entrance didn't worked any more. That started on Wednesday. So we really had struggle to enter. Except that the environment and rooms where very clean and comfortable.」

「Lovely modern apartment in the town near the main square. We wished we had more time there aa it was lovely. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Easy to access with a code. The bars and cafes around the square were great and we did a wine tour the next day.」

「Hemos estado muy agusto, el apartamento esta muy bien, aunque para 5 personas un poquito pequeño, sobre todo el sofa. Pero en general esta muy bien cuidado. Por poner un pero es el olor a madera vieja y humeda que hay. Esta en un pueblo muy tranquilo y pintoresco pero quizas un poco alejado si piensas hacer excursiones por cantabria. Hay una carretera de curvas bastante larga antes de llegar. Aun que las vistas son espectaculares y tener a los niños en la calle con las vacas sin peligro es un...

「Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.」
