「Lawrenceville is a quiet small town with lots of choices of dining including the bar/grill downstairs from the apt. The apartment was clean and more spacious than it appears in the photos. The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry are all on the same level with a narrow spiral staircase that takes you upstairs to more beds and a bathroom. 」

「Was here on business for two days by myself. Was very nice and cozy. Had everything I needed. I loved the back patio area which was covered with a picnic table. Would stay here again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was clean and well organized. The furniture was nice and comfortable including the bed. We had plenty of towls and pillows. My favorite thing was the shower. We had plenty of hot water and i could even wash my hair without issue. We will definitely be back as we have started traveling to this area frequently. 」

「Very happy with stay. Only feedback to provide that would improve quality of future renters visits would be to bump up the waterheater settings a smidgen 」

「Cozy place conviently located. Property is as described and everything is in working order. Owner provides clear rules for property as well as information for WiFi and parking. Would stay here again. 」

「The house was very clean including the bathroom and bedrooms. All rooms had pine board walls, and the smell was very pleasant. Since we were there in the summer, the Mult-split system did a very good job at cooling the main areas, but the bedroom doors had to be left open (or cracked a bit) for the cooled air to reach those sleeping. To help with this, a fan was provided which more than compensated for the issue described above. The kitchen had everything that a couple or a family of five could...

「We enjoyed our stay the apartment Labor day weekend and it was very clean and peaceful. Loved the location went for walks around downtown. We turned AC off and opened the windows At night was in 50s and 70s during day cool breeze was so nice. Has good wifi used my PS4 they have a large new big screen smart tv that was nice to have. Laundry room was clean and nice. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be booking it again every year. 」

「For the price paid, it was well worth it and comfortable. Door lock was a bit sticky, but the owner mentioned was going to replace it after my stay. Definitely would stay here again should my work schedule me odd hours. 」
