「The host had excellent communication - very quick responses to any questions I had. Property was very spacious. Huge yard. Great stay!」

「This property is not what it seems. We arrived and the lawn was overgrown, weeds everywhere. The deck was covered in tree debris and parts of the deck and front door landing were sagging in areas. Once inside, you could see bugs hanging from spider webs in the kitchen, remnants of smashed bugs all over the ceiling. Opened the cabinets to find more bugs and dirt with the cookware. The kitchen stove was covered in food and grease. We contacted VRBO and the host was unresponsive to them. We...

「The accommodations were nice and what we expected. When you enter, the rooms are located on the second floor so you walk up a set of stairs. Each of the rooms have a lock on the door and there is a shared living space between the two rooms. It was not possible to find an Uber so either you need to have your own vehicle or plan on walking.」

「We were in the area for a family wedding. Our stay was perfect! The property had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. The host allowed us to have a small family get together prior to the wedding and was very helpful and responsive to all questions. The property is very peaceful with great views of Lake Sakatah. We definitely would stay again. .」

「The property was very clean and Jenna, our host, was easy to communicate with and responded to all of our communication quickly. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book the property again if we are ever back in Mankato.」

「We love the Cotton House. Perfect for our college visits! Super clean, comfortable, & excellent location. We will be back!」

「We loved our stay! Communication was excellent and responsive. Wished there was a washer/dryer - for the price. I would stay again!」

「Excellent home and host! So close to everything in the Mankato area and has many offerings. Stayed with a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The host, Chloe, was very communicative and made our stay very easy.」

「We had an excellent time at the Stuga House! The location was quiet and secure, with enough space inside when it got too hot outside and plenty of yard for our kiddo to run around in the evening! We really enjoyed staying in a piece of history, we are looking forward to staying here again.」

「It it rare to find a well-appointed property like this one. It was well designed and organized with high quality appliances and kitchenware. Erin was incredibly fast with responding to all communications. The property was close to many restaurants and coffee shops.」

「Great place to stay when traveling with family.」

「Our family of 5 adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was very comfortable in every way and had fantastic appliances, amenities (soaps/lotions/coffee options/makeup towels - you name it), outdoor furniture, cleanliness, etc. etc. We would rent again in a heartbeat. Also - we were in the area for a large family reunion, and this rental was by far the best of the accommodations rented by our crew.Thank you, Amy, for an amazing stay.」

「Great Host, GREAT VRBO!」

「Cute little spot」

「Access up the steep driveway was a bit tricky with a larger vehicle. Property was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. Beautiful park immediately across the street.」

「We had a great time! The house is spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. The pool was the highlight, of course! The only bummer was that the hot tub is stuck at 104 degrees and neither us nor the owners could figure out how to unlock it. 104 is too hot for the kids, and even for most of the adults, so we didn't end up being able to use it, which was a shame. But otherwise we had a great stay! Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, helpful owners.」

「Host was very fast at contacting me after booking. Kept in contact and checked to see if we had any questions through out the stay. Local attractions were not too far away. Nice neighborhood」
