「La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%.」

「Mavella is awesome. She is incredibly helpful arranging your taxis, everything. Having a kitchen, and a nearby grocery store is awesome. Managua is hot. Like really hot. The 2 mini-split ac units in the apartment is key. Love this place!」

「We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!」

「Don't get me wrong.... it was a lovely house in pictures they showed on the website.... I wish I could post some of my pictures... The bad .... the 1st floor bathroom was under the stairs. To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. So you have to Shuffle yourself sideways into the bathroom to use it and you have to shuffle...

「This rental in Pochomil/Masachapa has to the best rental in the area. The view is spectacular. You can be in the pool and see everything on the beach. The sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We will be staying there again.」

「Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!」

「Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. I sent the staff out of the room and actually sprayed the bedsheets with insect repellent! It worked, as I was able to sleep (in my clothes) and the...
