"The hotel is very nice. Our room was very clean, nicely appointed with amenities and we had a great view from the 22nd floor. My only critique was staff. We tried to eat at the restaurant but no host ever came to seat us so we ended up ordering out. Also, when we arrived, we did the valet. There were maybe 5 valet guys out there. My mom is 79 and was struggling with her bags. No one offered to help. Not even opening the door. I know they aren't bellmen but a little courtesy goes a long way."
