「Originally booked a stay with the same owner, but thought it was on first floor and it wasn’t. The owner politely changed me to a first floor option to accommodate a temporary injury. This stay was perfect. Very clean, excellent location and safe. Will definitely book again should the need arise. 」

「Apartment was in a safe neighborhood, stores for supplies close, not far from Wild Adventures. I loved the big kitchen with dinnette for breakfast in the same room and the main dining room for bigger meals. AC was cold and the neighbors across the street are super friendly and were helpful to tell us of fun places in their town. Great short trip」

「The property looked to be old projects turned it into apartments. Blinds on all the windows had broken pieces. The decor was haphazard. Bedding and towels were thin and scratchy. We did not utilize the kitchen. Positives are the parking, access to apartment and area we were in Valdosta to visit.」

「Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.」

「We had an incredible stay at the Cozy Cottage in Valdosta. The home is very well decorated, well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 4 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The host was above and beyond with some additional touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and creamer pods for the coffee bar. 「Orlando was a great host and will stay at one of there locations again, This location was great for our family during a weekend get away to wild adventures, the mall and, all the thrift stores. Had a few small issues but lando took note to make sure they are fixed soon after we left but offered a temporary solution to the one main issue which was the oven not working but we decided to go eat out after we discovered that but lando did offer a amazing temporary solution that we considered.
