「We stay here every time we have a scent work trial in Lubbock. Very convenient and dog friendly. We love being able to load and unload in the garage. 」

「Beverly is an amazing host! We loved the house. The backyard fire pit and cornhole was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you would need. The bathrooms have been redone and are very nice. The “Bung” adds another level of privacy for other guests. And of course the location right be Texas Tech is a big plus. 」

「Everything about this house is welcoming and inviting, including the host! We ended up having to extend our stay twice, and for both times the host was more than helpful. Everything in the house was clean and convenient and was only a 5 minute drive to Texas Tech which was a HUGE plus for us. We also had the pleasure of staying here during the most recent winter storm that passed through. The house stayed warm throughout and the host even came and salted the driveway for us which helped....

「Large house with lots of rooms. Great location. House looks a little rough on the outside, but inside is much better. No soap or shampoo in house and there are only 2 bathrooms (not 3 like the listing says). Whole house is in some disrepair. Great house for a bunch of guys to crash. Not sure ladies would enjoy it as much. 」
