「The place was very clean, decorated nicely, and the amenities are as described. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was simple. However, i don't believe it is accurately stated in any previous reviews about how loud this place is. The bar below is open until 2am Tuesday-Saturday. Don't anticipate being able to go to sleep before 2:00am on any of these nights. Music from the DJ and live band literally shakes the place and you hear people outside on the sidewalk...

「Everything was great! We even added an extra day with no problems. We were able to get an early check in, which was awesome! The kayaks were great and the creek was fun! Real plus we had no biting flies!!! Loved the games at night too. We definitely over packed for this place, lol, they had a lot. Grill was nice. We have rented a lot of places and this is the first we could actually use the grill! Thanks for the great time!」

The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! 「If I had to leave an honest review; I would say that it would have been a better experience if we would have slept better. We are a little on the plus size, and to sleep in a full size bed was a little too squishy for our comfort level. But that's just our preference. (That's my fault, I did not look at the bed sizes when I booked). Also, it's always nice to have a coffee pot so that people aren't waiting in line to have a cup of coffee; again, just a preference thing for people that are coffee...
