「My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and 2 dogs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. 「The Peacock Mansion is a beautiful place. The pool and the grounds are beautiful. The house is a little dated and could use some upgrades and recaulking in some places. The rug on the stairs needs cleaning or removal they were dirty. The fees were quite high for the accommodations. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the stay. 」

「The location for this rental was perfect. My father and I stayed here for a 4 day fishing trip and enjoyed it immensely. House was very clean and had great AC, but kitchen can be scarce so if you decide to do a lot of cooking I would bring what you need. The woods surrounding the property are gorgeous, I always enjoyed the walk down to the dock. I would note its a bit steep and some of the steps are loose so be careful. "The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. "
