“This property was clean and very spacious. We had some trouble with the door code at check in but it was immediately resolved by reaching out to the rental contact. We had no other issues at the property. I do have two suggestions, the back gate was not closed properly when we arrived (a hazard for those bringing pets, the lock needs to be repaired) and it seemed a few of the kitchen items were in need of replacement (cookie sheets and some utensils). “Great location but the trash hadn’t been taken off the property and the back steps looked like someone could fall through at any time. Dock was also a little scary. Overall cleanliness was poor. A bolt sticking out for a toilet paper holder. Water pressure was poor. No outside furniture for screened porch ”
