"The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. "The property was beautiful. I love the apartment set up. People around are very friendly. I did not like that my door lock broke two days before my check out. In order to lock the door, we had to open the door and reclose it to get the lock to work. The bathroom drain was backed up and water filled the bedroom and hallway. I liked that i was able to communicate with the owner."

"It is not where it says on the map. I turned up expecting to be in actual Banjul but I was somewhere miles away. They didn't have any rooms even though I was booked in. Took me to another place that was nicer but again, not in the location it said. "

While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. I would never recommend Sweet Mama Residence to anyone. "
