“The property is well located for my purpose. When areived to check-in the room was not ready and they were working on the air-conditioning. I was worried about leaving my belongings in the room with strangers l cannot hold accountable. My room was opposite the reception and noise from people coming there and continually talking makes it hard for me to focus on what l was doing. It will help if the front door is better soundproofed so guests can have their privacy or relocate the reception from……

“I didn't have an issue with this property per say, I had an issue with the room we received. So the units are individually managed by different vendors or agents. Our room was clean but the shower was broken, there was mold on the wall, the AC worked. The wifi did not work. The room was also very small. “I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The sofas were covered in stains that made it impossible to sit comfortably, and even the ceilings had visible marks and discoloration, which is something you don’t expect to notice—but unfortunately, I did.
