「Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!」

「We enjoyed a third floor room with a large terrace. The room had an air conditioner and a small kitchen. The hotel grounds were beautiful and filled with birds and a cute cat or two. Nice pool, but the pool was kind of warm which is I guess to be expected. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops and bars. We could see the ocean from our Terrace」

「Hotel lindo, le hace falta mucha comunicación a quien atiende mediante la app sobre el hotel. No hay agua caliente si no sale el sol porque los calentadores son solares. Muy lodoso para entrar si está lloviendo, peligroso para adultos mayores o niños, está a 3 minutos de la playa caminando, las albercas son minis, literal para 2 personas, el apartamento bien equipado 7/10.」

「I want that in the future yo provide chairs in the Room a mirror in the bedroom also is necessary a microwave in all the rooms. But the hostess excellent very nice person and the lady also.」

「Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron...

「This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod...

「The house we stayed in was nice and clean. The only issue was the internet and they got that fixed asap for us. We would definitely stay again when we return to Oaxaca.」
