「The host Margot’s is a very friendly guy. He was also very helpful in assisting me to find transportation to the apartment. The apartment has the feeling of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the singing of birds in the morning even though I am in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable which made me sleep very well during my entire stay. Shopping, dining and historical monuments are all within walking distance. The entire city is accessible through an efficient public transit...

「Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend」

「房間環境超級棒 給的東西多又好又乾淨 最厲害的是客服 幾乎都秒回覆 而且都盡力協助 整體真的超級棒 會想再回去住的地方 唯有一個小小的缺點是 只有樓梯而且小小陡陡的😅 然後隔音有點差 但他們有提供蠻好用的耳塞👍」

「The property was beautiful and clean. We were very pleased with all the amenities like a gaming console, TV, and washer/dryer. The host was friendly and helpful. The only feedback we would like to give is that our check in/check out information was slightly delayed. It would be helpful to send the information before the check in time, but we did receive the instructions within 10-15 minutes after arriving, so it was not a big problem. Great price and nice place. We would stay here again」
