"Absolute gem of a property. Very clean, beds were comfy, and extra bedding too. nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host also! Yard was spacious and fenced for our two small dogs. Everything that we needed during our stay was there. Coffee maker, with pods. Filtered water and ice, and kitchen was fully equipped to cook a meal from scratch (food not included), or if you do take out. Highly recommended this property. "

"Such a cute home. It was conveniently located near Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's Hospital. Loved the full size washer and dryer. Bedroom is downstairs and very quiet for restful sleep."

"Just completed 4 night stay. This property had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt with everything we needed. Internet was excellent, and the covered deck was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Owner had everything very well stocked, snacks, bottled water, coffee, towels, wash cloths. Will definately stay again if we return to Rochester."
