「The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. 「The location of the apartment is Palermo was perfect. The subway station is about 10 minutes away and there is a grocery store nearby but make sure to bring your passport. The apartment was very clean and quiet but this is an apartment and not a hotel so there was no cleaning service which I prefer anyway. 」

「A hospedagem tem uma excelente localização, tudo estava devidamente limpo e organizado. Uma única sugestão seria melhorar as condições de banho, o intervalo de aquecimento do chuveiro é de 30 minutos de um banho para outro e isso dificulta muito na hora de sair pois é necessário aguardar o aquecimento, como estávamos em 4 pessoas achei que a demorado até que todas tomassem banho. No mais estava tudo muito bom, o atendimento impecável e bem seguro. 」
