"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing. Highly recommended."

"Plages grandioses, ports de pêche authentiques. N'hésitez pas à faire de belles rando, notamment le Courant d'Huchet et de parcourir la côte en vélo en empruntant la Vélodyssée. Magnifique."

"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....

"With a group of 8 adults - friends and family - the villa proved to be a great location for visiting the beach as well as trips out to local towns such as Bayonne and Biarritz. The villa is very much an older architect designed construct and suits group or family guests very well, with a wide range of activities available on site. We would visit again in the future as the location is great, particularly as we went out of season and so missed the French holiday period."

"Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot....

"House was well equipped, all we needed. A cosy and warm atmosphere and a short distance to the beach. Good place to make day trips in the surrounding. The host was supportive and replied quickly for questions. "
