「Beautiful lake view- amazing hostess. Loved the quaintness and it had all I needed. While not yet at full pond, lake was beautiful. 」

「Beautiful and cozy home with a great ambiance! We loved staying here. The hot tub was such a bonus! Everything was perfect with the home! Unfortunately, while we were in town we thought ubering would be possible since rental cars were pretty pricey. Don’t be like us! Spend the money on a rental and avoid the headache! We ended up paying a busboy at 185 king street to get back to the house haha Everything else was perfect!」

「The Rose room was absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated! Our hosts, Stephanie and Ryan were so welcoming and shared many of the great local areas to visit and dine. Stephanie provided great information and details about the Biltmore. We are looking forward to our return stay at the Rose Room of the Blake House! 」

We really enjoyed the comfort of the cabin, the amazing view from the cabin, and the feeling of being so remote yet so close to everything. It is an amazing rental property and the owners have done an awesome job with it !」

「Gorgeous setting. Quiet. Peaceful. The house was perfect. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to me. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. 」

「Very cute modern log cabin. I am very happy to say i saw a couple dusty web strands but no bugs/spiders at all! The cabin is modern as in well sealed and insulated from temperature and noise and bugs. The wood work inside is absolutely beautiful! And the air conditioning worked great. Roomy, spacious, and worked out well for us. Main floor is a master bedroom with attached bathroom and two more bedrooms wirh a common full bath. There is also a nice recreation room downstairs with a foosball...

With an old house comes things like bedrooms without closets and sometimes journeying to a bathroom in another part of the house, but we managed all those things in a spirit of cooperation.
