“Great House and Location, had a great vacation with family and Friends”

“We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it……

“Property needs a vehicle with higher clearance even in dry season. Location proximity to Maderas can’t be beat, house is nice and well equipped.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Enchanted Monkey House. The layout is open and breezy with big windows and patio doors that look straight out to the ocean. Morning coffee on the deck quickly became a favourite part of our day. The view is incredible.You literally fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of nature and the ocean. It’s peaceful, quiet and feels completely tucked away even though you’re just a short drive from town.The bay below the house is a short walk down some steps and we went……

“First, Francisco, the onsite care taker, and his patrol lab Mayo, are a wonderful oversight of the property. What I always fear is a noisy, dog barking place and this is as quiet as can be. The pool and palapa offer wonderful relaxation. You are on a hill and at 70 years old did not mind the walk to the beach club at the bottom... 500 meters with incline. We had their recommended driver, Gaby Transportation shuttle us to beaches and to and from Managua, again competent and reliable. We had to……

“I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough.”

“Cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband, one year old, and I stayed here. The location is excellent, steps away from gorgeous Coco Beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Along the shore the facility has comfy Adirondack chairs and beach loungers right by the shore. Maybe we saw 10 people on the beach on the busiest day. The condo is gorgeous with all the appliances you’d need- microwave, oven, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, can opener, utensils, etc. There is air conditioning……
