"Good place to take the family or your significant other "

"Our family had a good time at this property. We love the space and amenities. Very family oriented with games to play as a family, toys for the little ones to play around the kitchen while I was cooking and beds to accommodate the whole family. Only downside of this stay was the pillows. It made our nights rough while sleeping because they were flat and the beds are sturdy se we needed more support. Overall, it is an amazing house. My kids were in love with it and I fell in love with the layout of it. Lori was a wonderful host, very hospitable and quick to respond. We’re thankful for this! We also enjoyed getting to know the Massanutten resort as this was our first time visiting. "

"It wasn't our first stay at the resort, we've been going for many years and it's always been a very good time however this time before we left there was a death in our family. So for that reason alone this time things would be different. So we asked if we could change the dates on my sister's unit because it was her mother n law who had passed away. I feel like we got the run around and the end result was that we had to take the loss for the unit because we were told that it would be able to be done. This was without any real explanation as to why. We aren't sure of who dropped the ball but this was very disappointing. This time wasn't as enjoyable as other time before. "
