「Reibungsloser Check-in, sehr geräumiges, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage natürlich optimal. Frühstück war reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, sogar in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.」

「The room smelled and looked clean when we walked it. It was in a great location, we parked the car at a car park and then just walked everywhere until we left. Also nice to have 2 separate sleeping rooms.」

「In general it’s good. However, when we want to check-out at 9:00am on June 25. The reception hasn’t open yet. Therefore, we just left the room keys at room. 」

「No one provides us the key box code before our arrival. Luckily there's someone happened to open the door at the moment when we arrived. I guess he is the staff and he gave us the key after I presented the email about our booking. 」

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」
