"It was my first time checking into a hotel without staff on site. The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. "We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable. The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time.
