“Love the layout of the cottage. Not too small and not too large, wonderful kitchen, Weber Grill on back patio was great for grilling shrimp with a view of the water. Clean, comfortable and easy to relax. Definitely recommend and we will return to it again. ”

“This property was perfect for our large family of 28. A few people were not able to make it in the end, but it would have accommodated all of us with ease. We had a wonderful time exploring Hot Springs and enjoyed kayaking every afternoon or evening when we returned to the home. Everything was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk rooms as there was room for all grandchildren with a girl’s room and a boy’s room. This left parents to enjoy their own rooms. We stayed in the……

“Great stay! The house was stocked well with high chair, pack n plays, beach towels and blankets. Our family enjoyed floating in the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, using the fire pit and playing games at the large kitchen table. It’s hard to find a place big enough for our 3 adult children and their kids. This one definitely fit the bill. ”

“Our family of 5 and dog stayed at this little cottage. We enjoyed swimming off of the dock and the ability to park our boat. We enjoyed nearby hiking and exploring. We would love to come back. Don’t expect 5 Star, but it does the job for a great price. I am tall and had to duck through doorways and there were a ton of crane flies, but no deal breakers. We enjoyed waking up to the river. “Lovely home, lots of amenities. Great place for a family. It has three levels, so navigating stairs is a must. Outdoor decks are wonderfully furnished with a view of the lake. Big kitchen area that is open concept with a good flow between the table, kitchen and living area. Location is a little hard to find at first, but it is near Central Ave. with easy access to downtown Hot Springs and other area attractions. Hosts are very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Vrbo. ”
