「We called the day before check in and was told that the property was under renovations. Full payment was already made. We are awaiting a refund. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. Extremely disappointing. Property should NOT be listed and full payment take if under renovations.」

「Indeed a delight to be up in the foliage in a most interesting structure! The tree house is well equipped and large. It would do with better lighting (difficult to read in the living room in the evening) and wifi that was connected to the internet. We enjoyed cooking there (with food we brought with us - nothing to buy locally) as well as eating at Acajou Hotel. PS - bring some mud shoes if it has-been raining!」

「We have visited 15 Caribbean Islands and Trinidad ranks high on the list, and no doubt Bridge Cabin played a major role. Nothing like being awakened by the sounds of Parrots and Toucans in the treetops around you. Absolutely would stay here again. Once you get used to navigating the roads necessary to reach the cabin, you will absolutely be in love! (Also of note, be sure to come in from the North Coast Rd side, not up Paramin Hill!!! )」

If you're looking for a quiet place, away from the city, this is it. We would certainly come back, if they had decent A/C, as it is, it's too hot.
