「Great host!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the sunroom was a favorite spot to relax and the air conditioning kept the house cool even on hot days. It was also nice to see family friendly touches like a playpen available in the laundry room. The host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The layout of the home is unique, which give it character, though it took us a little while to figure out some of the light switches and ceiling fan controls. The only downsides were the beds,...

「Comfortable beds! We may book again next year!」

「Had all amenities needed Very clean and helpful host」

「Spacious rooms with helpful features like cable TV.」

「This apartment was in a quiet neighborhood handy to restaurants and shopping and the sports plex where we had activities. Off street parking nice. Host left us cold bottled water which was great with the summer heat. Bed and linens comfy. Sitting area and tv comfy. As there are other apartments in this building, it was very quiet. Kitchen adequately supplied but it lacks a dining area. Maybe suggest a couple of stools and small table or tv trays. We would stay here again.」

「Great stay! Super clean, very cozy, and easy to access.」

「Love it so cute!」

「I would definitely NOT recommend this property. The property description is inaccurate as the parking conditions/alleyway are impossible to navigate. We have a Ford F150 and were unable to park in the driveway at all. Also, in the process of attempting to part we damaged our vehicle. We immediately reached out to the property manager and to this day, still have not heard back. We ended up leaving and not staying because we couldn't park and now have 17,000 worth of damages to our truck. ...

「Recommend this home to anyone!!! A great experience. The host was easy to stay in touch with. Checking-In and Checking-Out was super simple. Our family really enjoyed the tiny house. Great location and close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation.」

「We stayed for an overnight to see a concert on our way back from a cross country trip. Property was super clean, updated, trendy, and private. Loved the big open shower! Two parking spots gave us room to leave the camper. Host was very responsive. 10/10」

「It was very nice inside but a lot of steep stairs to get in and the location was a little to “city” for our taste but close to downtown. Thank you for allowing us to stay.」

「This home was very welcoming and accommodating for our multi-generational group! The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the seating space and game space in the family room!! We enjoyed our time in this home and would definitely stay here again! 」

「Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space. One of the kitchen stools was broken leaving a single...

「The studio was super cute. Very modern and well decorated. Very clean. Full disclosure it’s part of another unit. Completely separate, but it is almost the basement. Luckily, we dont mind and are a generally quiet couple, but if you needed more sound privacy, maybe not the place for you! The location is perfect pretty much 10 minutes from all the cool places we decided to go face emoji super easy check-in and check out. Didn’t have to do a list of chores before we left so that was awesome.」

「The property is conveniently located near the Omaha zoo so the location was excellent compared to what we had planned while staying there. The property is perfect for families with young kids as they have lots of toys and a great setup for the kids.」

「The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.」
