"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Es war alles da was man bräuchte. Ist es zu heiß, gibt es eine Klimaanlage, ist es zu kalt, gibt es einen Kamin.
