“This Aparthotel was absolutely beautiful. It is located in downtown Scottsbluff, NE in an Historic business building. Our room, The Morton, had a view of the Scottsbluff National Monument. We only wish we had booked a longer stay here. This is a unique property with only 6 rentals on site. We checked in online, and had easy key-less entry to our room. We melted into our bed and had the best sleep on our trip. I would definitely stay here again in the future. ”

“It was a very nice property out in the country. You could definitely see Chimney Rock from there. Also, for some reason we had issue with GPS and got sent to wrong location. Property owner went above and beyond to get out of his house late at night and come get us. lol So sorry about that though! ”

“We didn't actually stay in this property. The host contacted me early in the day and needed to make s change so pit is in another property which was absolutely wonderful. Very cute and comfortable!! Would stay again. ”

“In spite of a rocky beginning due to my lack of access to VRBO messaging due to cell phone malfunction, our stay here was most enjoyable. With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. Heater in bathroom had an unpleasant smell but all else excellent! Thank you so much!”

“Reserved this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house was the perfect size for my husband, son and I. Perfect location as well. Tim was amazing to work with! I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! ”

“I cant speak for the inside of the property since we never got in, after nearly 14 hours in the truck, but the outside of the property looked abandoned. Had to walk through head high weeds to get to the door. It didnt look like it had any lawncare all summer. We ended up booking a hotel room instead”
