「It was hard to find at first as the host nor her staff spoke english but once we were able to meet up with the property manager, he was very accomodating and everything went great. There is no parking in the area but the host provided a garage at extra cost. The place is beautiful, clean and very comfortable once you are inside but it is an uphill climb to get there through alleyways. However, I think it's worth it. Not recommended if you will be coming and going multiple times a day, are older...

「Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases.」

「The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. I definitely do not recommend staying here or would stay...
