“We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!”

“We absolutely loved the location of the property - so walkable and bikeable to so many fun things, and nestled in a neighborhood with a great vibe. Easy communication with the host when we needed it, too. ”

“It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up.”

The layout was perfectly suited for three adults, offering ample space.We particularly appreciated the peacefulness of the island setting, while still enjoying easy access to all that the town had to offer.We unanimously agreed that we would be pleased to stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend the property to family and friends. “Great time til I got sick hated having to leave early.loved seeing all the foals will be in touch now out of hospital about some jewelry I may have left in the house.The front room bedroom took a little getting use to only thing I would change is a way to cover the skylight in the main bedroom.”

“Perfect location and very comfortable house. We had three adults and a child with us and all had space so we weren’t crowded but still could gather for meals. The screened porch was lovely. Watching sunrises from the pier in the morning was beautiful and we even saw dolphins swim by.”
