「The hotel was locked with no personnel at reception or anywhere in the hotel throughout our stay. We saw no employees at all. A worker at a nearby shop somehow obtained a key and let us in. There was no check-in at all and no other guests. We could have used any room. There was no hot water and no amenities. A very strange experience.」

「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. 「Insgesamt in Ordnung, aber mit einigen Mängeln: Das Hotel ist insgesamt okay, wirkt aber schon etwas abgewohnt. Leider gab es keine Liegen am Pool. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte eine Glühbirne. In der Dusche fehlte der Knopf zum Umschalten auf die Regendusche und in der Küche war nur ein Teelöffel vorhanden.
