"Arived at 4 pm. Lock box didn't work. Place is a dump. Tried to call owner the number they gave was in Ohio.VRBO said they would refund my money, have not checked yet. Had to scramble to find a place after traveling 12 hours. Worst experience I have ever had with a online rental place. And I have used booking agencies at least 50 times"
