“We had a great time enjoying the beautiful water & springs. The house was clean & provided just about everything You could need. Small grocery store not far from the property to stock up on provisions. The property & small "beach" was absolutely perfect for the dogs too! ”

“We stayed 5 nights in this cottage for a softball tournament. It was great for us. Even the private backyard was perfect. Lori was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. ”

“A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.”

“Beautiful, river front location. Clear water off the dock, nature lovers paradise. Close to Suwannee & Santa Fe springs. House is very well stocked with kayaks, tubes, floats, etc. House is well stocked and clean. Nice gas grill, fire pit, large private yard. Host is friendly & helpful. 5 stars. ”

“Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural.”

“We were in Live Oak for a wedding so we only stayed one night but it was the perfect place for us. The owner was great with communication before we arrived and even let us check in a little early so that we would have more time to get ready before the wedding. It’s a cute neighborhood! Very clean house!”

From the first communication to the last, to the wonderful touch with birthday chocolates and balloon waiting, our host could not have been better.Everything is meticulously appointed, the smallest of details, immaculately, clean home and surrounding area and all the amenities (ping pong, cornhole, gas and charcoal grill, hammock and river viewing deck….This place lets you completely disconnect in the woods, no one around, yet you can reach all of the local hotspots: Itchetucknee……

“Love, love, love this place and will definitely be coming back if they'll have us. Lots of space to play games outside and spend some time with the family without other campers right next to you. You couldn't ask for more friendly hosts, everything was easy from checking in to checking out. They showed us around the property and told us about some of the springs as well. My mom's car broke down and they let us rent it for another night last minute, they have two grills and a above ground pool……

“⸻My family loved their stay at this home! Everything was spotless and beautifully kept, and the little touches made it feel extra special as they were here for a family wedding. The beds were super cozy, and the kitchen had everything they needed. The hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with, which made the whole trip stress-free. I honestly wish I could have stayed there! ”

“We could not say enough good things about this vacation home! 5 stars!! Well kept, beautifully decorated, very well stocked for your every need. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had the best stay possible. Took the kids to Wild Adventures Theme Park for two days and this was just about a 15 min drive to the park. We are saving this listing and we will definitely come back again!!”
