"The perfect location for visiting both Ithaca College and Cornell University. The space was bright, clean, with a lovely spacious feeling. We enjoyed hosting a group of incoming juniors with a bbq and game night. Close to many gorges. I will definitely be staying there again. Perfect!"

"City girl needing some relaxation. The Hobbit house was adorable and came with everything we needed. We wanted to hike some of the surrounding falls and explore a bit, and Scottland yard property was the perfect place to come “home” to. Loved waking up to the sounds of all the animals they have on the property. Will try and make it back!"

"Excellent place to stay while touring through the finger lakes. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive. "Property was very clean and very quiet. I don't know who did the remodel but it was excellent. My only wish was that there was laundry on the premises but I was told they are working on it. We really enjoyed the stay."
