“The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 young children. We had plenty of space and the rooms worked out perfectly. My 4 year old grandson absolutely loved the backyard with the playscape and especially the zipline. We loved taking a walk near the water and going to Squantz Pond. We had a wonderful time and if we ever need a place to stay in that area, we would definitely stay there again.”

The indoor pool and game room were a big hit and the accommodations for those who stayed over were very comfortable. An added plus was the privacy and wooded nature of the surroundings. “Communication:Travis was very responsive and helpful with any communications, from beginning to end.Amenities:The pictures don’t really illustrate well enough the features of this house. The game room is excellent, with a beautiful pool table, a poker table with chips, a nice foosball table and a nice TV. There is a small volleyball court outside, cornhole boards, and other small touches. The main deck is HUGE (about 30ftx30ft). The great room is beautiful, and open layout from great room to……

“Very comfortable home with a lot of space for a family of six. Comfy beds and large bedrooms are a definite plus. The lower level with a ping pong table, puzzles and games made for a lot of fun and competition. One thing to point out is that there is no access to laundry at the home-we missed that in the listing. The convenience to town was great for groceries and supplies. I highly recommend this home for your trip to the Catskills…you won’t be disappointed! ”

“The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!”

“Our stay was wonderful - a cozy house with a good swath of rooms for people to spread out, play games, eat, etc. The outside part of the property was incredibly beautiful with some benches, a fire pit and a dock with a pergola. Great amount of yard space for lawn games and kayaks on-site to paddle on the lake with. ”
