“I've stayed at a lot vacation rentals, and typically, the description oversells the property. That wasn't the case with this property. My wife and I only stayed for one night, but we wished the stay was longer!”

“The hose is really cute and decorated well, however we were put off by the smell of the water. My family refused to even wash with it. We had to go to the store for bottled water and shower at a friend's house. Also the bedding needed to be laundered. I emailed the owner about these problems and did not hear back.”

“The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! ”

The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. “A Stay!My husband and I had the best time! The owners are awesome and their property is a gem. I was wowed by their attention to detail—little touches that make for a great stay. The “chicken coop” is cozy and has lots of amenities. On top of that, the owners are excellent communicators and live on the property. “Great location to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife in the area. This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and the place had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax while exploring the area.”

“I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience.”
