「If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.」

「 Wonderful stay at this spectacular home. Great rest in the wilderness but still close to lakes and city of cold springs and the hudson river. Lookig forward to a return visit」

「The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. We had a relaxed enjoyable vacation my children enjoyed it every moment they could. The peace and tranquility, the hammock to porch swing, I mean it was a perfect retreat for our family. Jasons...

「Jose was an excellent host, very friendly and responsive to all questions asked and in a timely manner. The property was perfect for our needs, very clean, with a large spacious floor layout. Private rooms allowed for personal space. Latest media technology made watching Sat football games very easy. Thanks Jose for a great stay, looking forward to book it again when I’m in the area. 」

「The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was close to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. There was also plenty of hiking trails nearby. Katherine answered all of my questions quickly. 」

「We really enjoyed the privacy of the grounds, lake, dock , swimming, boats and paddle boards. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We had a great stay, thanks.」

「This is a property that is very good for large family gatherings, which is how we gathered for a birthday celebration. This area of CT. is great and has lots to do.The house is in the perfect location to do all of it.Again, suits large groups well. Room for everyone.」

「This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!」

「We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. The garden was extremely enjoyable with the swimming pool, the fire pit and so much more! Thank you!We hope we will be able to come back again soon and really recommend this property.」

「The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!」
