Town of Rutland Holiday Rentals

"Enjoyed the stay but there are some issues: Staircase leading to apartment is treacherous including unevenly spaced stair rises. Courtyard by front door does not drain rainwater sufficiently during downpour resulting in one having to cross 2" deep moat to access the apartment. I would expect to stay there again hoping they would address these issues. Excellent location on Black river well lit at night though it would be advantageous to turn off the outside lights at night. "We loved our stay! The house/property were fantastic, and the owners were wonderfully communicative. We brought our standup paddle-boards and had a great time exploring the lake. Beavers, loons, turtles, and ducks swam by every day! "

"This is a darling home and comfortable to stay at. There were 6 of us and we stayed for 14 days. The hosts' has the house set up with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. All we had to do is bring in some groceries and begin our stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip. Great people to deal with. "

"It’s not often I can say a place looks just like the pictures but in this case, it does! The Murphy bed and theater was not only clean but cozy and perfect for my infant and I. Vanessa provided a pack & play for us as well! It was clean and stocked with anything we’d need. Vanessa was fast with her responses when I had questions and made check in and out very simple. 10/10 would stay here again!
