Even before check-in, Don was very communicative and made sure to ask about our preferences for one of the rooms.We had a fantastic stay — the home was very spacious, and the layout was perfect for a large family.The highlight for us was the beautiful lake view. "The house was everything that it is advertised to be. When we arrived, we found it very clean and spacious enough for five adults and two dogs. The hosts were considerate and extremely gracious. The farm is picturesque, chickens and goats look very well cared for and added to the charm. …no worries if you are not an animal lover, the goats and chickens stay far enough away that you can simply not take any notice of them. The beautiful village of Millbrook is just 4 minutes down the road...

"My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here for Valentine's Day, and it was perfect for our needs. It's very easily accessible and easy to get to from downtown Newburgh/Beacon. Phyllis was very communicative throughout our stay and super understanding of the winter weather coming in the morning we left. Everything is as listed and we really enjoyed ourselves here for a winter retreat!"

"If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY."
