“There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) However, the owners were extremely apologetic and very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a bottle of prosecco for any inconvenience. “You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. “Thank you for a very lovely stay at Bellflower Cottage. The location is perfect for amazing walks and cottage very comfortable. A few pointers that can be improved but does not ruin the experience: The washing machine does not finish cycle so needs sorting, the bathroom fans do not work in two of the three bathrooms, the hob doesn't get hot on two rings. Otherwise it is a perfect place- you wont be disappointed.”

“We thought Goldings was a lovely cottage in a lovely location but not without its faults, mainly the lighting which was awful, gloomy and only one light for a double bed, which was ridiculously bright !
